In this Yin Yoga workshop we will be enquiring into an aspect of the The Buddha Dharma that offers techniques for living a more integrated and balanced life.
We will develop and deepen our mindfulness and awareness through the Yin Practice using the Buddhist lessons of The Four Mind Changings, reflecting on the Nature of Reality. This workshop encourages a yielding of the body and the mind, so we experience a softening and a letting go that brings about more fluidity and ease in life.
