Davina has changed the way I think about my body and as a result I’m more aware, feel stronger and more flexible – in only a few sessions! I’ve had many different yoga teachers in the past, but Davina’s approach has been the most effective and enjoyable!
I felt this to be an extremely restorative and deeply relaxing retreat. Davina’s wonderful yoga, catered for pregnant and non pregnant, created a chance for space and rest. I really felt held in the hands of someone who had experience and passion for their teaching. I just wish it had been longer!
